A solicitor since 1974, Victor gained extensive private client expertise as a partner at Simpson North Harley & Co., serving high net worth individuals. He litigated contentious probate cases. Victor also chaired Liverpool Mencap, focusing his practice on thoughtful estate planning for relatives of learning disabled children after his own daughter's needs. Skilled in commercial work and succession planning for SMEs, he founded his own firm in 2009 that has grown organically since.

Kate is a qualified Solicitor and Mediator and has been qualified for over 25 years with a wealth of experience in Litigation as well as considerable experience in Insolvency and Debt Recovery for claimant and defendant. She also has Commercial experience in Mergers and Acquisitions of SME’s, Shareholder Agreements and Directors Contracts and Company Finance work by either long term mortgage or Bridging Finance.

Courtney is training to become a qualified Legal Executive, expecting to qualify in early 2025. In her 10 years at the firm, she has gained broad experience and now focuses on complex Commercial and Residential Conveyancing and Private Client work, frequently handling unregistered property transfers within estates for clientele such as property developers and those making large-scale land purchases.

Debbie has been with ‘Team Vic’ for just over 2 and a half years. She has over 30 years’ experience in the Legal and Financial Services profession.
Debbie manages the office and client liaison and supports Victor in managing of his notarial workload, dealing with Notarial clients initial contact and queries.

About Coby-Jayne Fitzgerald, Accounts Team
Coby is the latest member to of joined ‘Team Vic’ with multiple years of experience in Hospitality, Care Work and Customer Service, which has led her to developing quite an eye for detail. Coby looks after the Accounts department with managing invoices, updating software’s and record keeping. Coby has stated what a pleasure it is to be part of this team and all the new things she is learning daily.
